We went to get haircuts and Ms.Jessica was so sweet she did an amazing job. I would recommend jessica to everyone. Great customer service with her.

Waited over 30 minutes for a haircut. I had difficulty understanding my stylist. She repeatedly asked me if I had jumper cables in my car to jump her car. I had to repeat my haircut orders multiple times where I said 3 on the sides and back and an inch in top. I had to repeat an inch on top twice more after that because she took that to mean I wanted an inch cut off. I received a lot sided haircut and when I asked if it was even she said yes that's just how my hair is. During the clipping of my hair on top I was lightly poked in the eye 3 times. This was a reminder of why I choose not to go to sports clips for a hair cut. It is overpriced, and of poor quality. I do not plan on returning.
