"I’ve been bringing my son the last 5yrs. Yesterday, he decided to get a hair cut since his hair was long and he was ready for a change. He explained to the stylist what he wanted and showed her several images of what he wanted. I even went and explained to her what he wanted. I understand they can’t always give you the look you want. However for my son to have beautiful black long hair to practically no hair like a military buzz cut is unacceptable when he didn’t want to look bald or close to it. I saw my son’s watery eyes and knew how he felt. I let the stylist know he wasn’t happy and that’s not what he wanted and they still charged me. We walked out and I will never go back again.
I also saw a boy walk in at 8:01pm and they said they were closed when the open sign was on and they could’ve still cut his hair since they weren’t busy. In the end good for him to be turned away because he wasn’t the 8th grader being rediculed by his peers at school today like my son."

"Absolutely horrible! It takes 3 employees to checkout a customer after the hair cut. It takes longer to checkout a customer than the hair cut itself! Zeeeeeeeero sense of urgency among the employees. NEVER EVER AGAIN!"

"Been coming for years, always about average to okay depending which of the many random folks are on staff at any given time.
Just experienced their new computerized check in, staff was completely clueless on its operation, wait was not shortened for the new process at all, manager ignored the issues all were having with the computer.
My stylist of the day did not acknowledge any graciousness for waiting 30 minutes, did not ask for input on the cut, and was about as brutal with clippers as I've ever had.
Last time here. Time to go to a good ole barber shop, avoid the wait, have someone be grateful for the business."
